Tim founded TLC Public Adjusters, Inc. in 2008 after working a lifetime in construction, management, and insurance related fields. Tim was accredited by the Hernando / Pasco Community College in 2008 and is currently and active member and serves on the Ethics Committee of the Florida Association of Public Adjusters (FAPIA). He is also an active member of the Windstorm Network.
Tim founded TLC Public Adjusters, Inc. on the belief that each and every insured person is entitled to a fair, speedy and equatable settlement when they suffer a loss. No claim is to small and no claim is to hard.
Beth joined our firm in 2009 and has been licensed since July 2008. She has extensive experience and specializes in sinkhole claims. Beth is a Member of the Florida Association of Public Adjusters (FAPIA) and a member of the Windstorm Network.
